My name is Reggie VanLeeuwen

I am a piano teacher offering lessons for beginner learners of all ages. I believe that everyone can learn to play the piano, and I tailor my lessons to suit each student’s needs, goals, and interests. 

Whether you want to learn for fun, for exams, or for performance, I can help you achieve your musical aspirations. 

I incorporate music theory, ear training, and sight reading into my lessons. I also encourage my students to explore their creativity and imagination by improvising and composing their own pieces.

I have been playing piano since I was 9 years old. Music has always been a big and important part of my life, and I want to share my passion and knowledge with others.

After having a break from the piano specifically, I came back to playing full force in 2021, taking lessons again myself as well. I soon learned that I had a big interest in teaching piano. Right away I got started on planning a curriculum for my future students.

Fast forward a few years and I have a great bunch of promising students that are showing so much growth and I couldn’t be more proud to do what I do. I love seeing their progress and enthusiasm, and I enjoy creating a fun and supportive learning environment for them.
